Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth process, please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy outlined below:

Conditions for Returns:

1. If your product packaging is damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment from the courier company.
2. Return or refund is only applicable to unopened products.
3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
4. The product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Please refrain from putting tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
5. Customers will be responsible for the shipping courier cost in case of a return.
6. Please note that products are not eligible for return in case of a “change of mind.”
7. Returns must be initiated within 5 working days from the date of purchase, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund based on the purchase price.

Refund Policy:

1. If your product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, do not hesitate to contact us within the first 48 hours for return.
2. The product must be unused and unopened.
3. Similar to returns, the product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
4. The product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Avoid putting tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
5. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost in case of a return.
6. Please note that the product is not eligible for return if it is deemed “no longer needed.”
