Return & Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns:

If your product packaging is damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment from the courier company.
Return or refund is only applicable to unopened products.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Please refrain from putting tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping courier cost in case of a return.
Please note that products are not eligible for return in case of a “change of mind.”
Returns must be initiated within 5 working days from the date of purchase, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund based on the purchase price.
